THE GOOD WORK THAT YOU MUST DO

“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:10)
What you think is good work, is not the same as what God says is good work. The work that God requires of you is what He says is good, not what you think is good. As with anyone anointed, the one that anoints assigns the work; some are sent forth as apostles, others as prophets, or as shepherds, or as teachers, or as administrators, or as those that provide helpful services. Each one is set apart for the work that God has determined beforehand. How do you get to know the good work that God has prepared for you? And how do you even know you’re being set apart for God’s good work?
A false christ sends forth false prophets, fraudulent workers and impostors. Therefore, first, you must know who the true God and the true Christ are, from among the countless gods and christs that religions and preachers of the world proclaim, that you may be anointed with the one true spirit, of the one true Christ. It is the spirit that shall guide you to know, and shall empower you to do, the work that God has prepared in advance for you. Otherwise, without the spirit in you, you shall be working alone, without Christ, confined only to the work that you think all along is good, not what is truly good, as ordained beforehand by God.
Without the spirit in you, any good work will not save you, because your work is not in accord with the will of God, to carry out what is righteous. It is work done through your own will, not through the will of the holy spirit that must be doing the good work through you. Accordingly, without the spirit in you, you are a fraud, you do not have authority to do any work at all for Christ, for you do not belong to him. Those who have the audacity to presume they have been anointed with the holy spirit when they have not, and would dare to do any “good work”, fall into the kind of disobedience that the Son of God adjudges as lawlessness.
Do not be misled to deceive yourself, you shall not be perfected, and declared righteous, until you have fought the good fight, and have run the course to the finish, of the work that was set apart for you by the holy spirit. And the work that shall prove and perfect your faith, and thus be credited as righteousness, is the work that God, through the holy spirit, shall write in your heart, and plant in your mind. It is the work where there is no ground for boasting, for it is God who has ordained it, and it is He Himself who shall empower you, to desire, and to achieve it. To accomplish the task, you must have faith to trust in the will of God, in order that you shall be given the strength to overcome the world of its temptations, especially the desire to obey your own will. And you must persist in faith against sufferings, tribulations, persecutions, and everything else that shall try to stop you from fulfilling your work. Those who shall persevere, and prove themselves faithful, even to death, are the ones who shall receive, the crown of life.
Let the ones who have the wisdom to understand, take heed.
